About the event

Join us at the Boise Cole & UStick Library (virtually or in person) on January 10 for our first Second Saturday Talk event of 2026!

Where else can we as writers go for inspiration, and what can we learn from other mediums? Local writer Daniel Mosakewicz will be talking about the value of engaging with art outside your medium and your genre.

Time allowing, we'll get some writing in after the talk and Q&A.

Although these free events are at local libraries, IWG is in no way affiliated with any of them. Please be respectful of the venue and bring covered drinks and snacks only. We ask that children under 18 be supervised by an adult.

The Zoom link will be sent out 24-48 hours in advance to those who message in to request it; if you'd like to join us virtually, please reach out to idahowritersguild@gmail.com.
